THE TOOLBOX / RECEIVE

Give your agent an inbox for HTTP events.

Give external services somewhere to send events, and your agent a simple way to read them. Create the inbox when you need it. Pause or retire it when you're done.

WHAT IT DOES

Receive. Read.
Get on with the work.

A real inbound address

Create an inbox and give its address to any service that sends HTTP webhooks.

Messages your agent can inspect

Read accepted messages through the connected tool, including binary payloads up to 128 KiB.

Controls that make sense

Pause deliveries, set the daily acceptance limit, or delete an inbox. Messages have seven-day logical retention.

Usage-based billing

Inbox creation and accepted messages use your shared account balance. Create an inbox for US$0.01. Each accepted message costs US$0.001. There is no standing inbox fee.

From external sender to a readable event

Ask: “Help me receive HTTP webhook events from another service. Explain the costs and limits first.” Create an inbox, configure the external sender with its delivery address, receive an event, then ask your agent to inspect it. Keep the delivery address private: it is a secret capability.

Payloads are limited to 128 KiB. Messages have seven-day logical retention. Set a daily acceptance limit to bound future accepted-message charges. Webhooks does not itself wake or schedule your agent, process events automatically, or send outbound email. Your agent reads messages when asked, or when its host schedules it.

Service limits and availability

This is a development service. Its addresses and limits can change. Checkout uses test payments, not real money.
